Then, a great ascetic named Hemarshi, the best among sages, born in the lineage of Bhrigu, came from the Sahya mountain.

**7. & 8.** In a short time, Komalavalli attained fresh youth, filled with love for the Lord. Seeing his devoted daughter desiring to obtain only Vishnu as her husband, the Vaishnava sage, best among munis, became worried.

This Komalavalli is indeed Lakshmi, there is no doubt. She is the eternal mother of the worlds, eternally inseparable from you.

The sage appeals to the Lord's role as a son-in-law, using the emotional bond of family to ensure the Lord's compliance with his request.

Thus requested with devotion by the sage, Vishnu, Govinda, said, "So be it," and made his abode in that hermitage.

The Lord's immediate acceptance of the sage's request demonstrates that the Lord is 'bhakta-vatsala' (affectionate to His devotees) and willing to dwell where they desire.

Then, by the command of the merciful Vishnu, Vishvakarma, the best of illusionists, created a beautiful city with his maya.

cakāra nagaraṃ ramyaṃ māyayā māyināṃ varaḥ

The creation of the city by Vishvakarma marks the transformation of the hermitage into a sacred urban space, sanctified by the presence of the Lord.

There Keshava caused people to reside. That city on the bank of the Sahya-born river (Kaveri) became a great holy place in the world.

Thus ends the twelfth chapter, named "The Glory of Kumbheshvara," in the Third Part of the "Divya Desa Vaibhavam" composed by Śrī Kṛṣṇapremi Mahāprabhu.
