श्रीसद्गुरुरुवाच
शार्दूलपुरमित्येतत्प्रसिद्धं क्षेत्रमुत्तमम् ।
सप्तर्षयो मखं चक्रुरत्र पूर्वं दृढव्रताः ॥
The Sadguru said:
This renowned, excellent holy place is called Śārdūlapura. Here, in former times, the seven sages, firm in their vows, performed a sacrifice.
