भागवता ऊचुः
पुण्ये केरलदेशेऽपि स्थितानां गुरुपुङ्गव ।
माहात्म्यं दिव्यदेशानां वद त्वं परमं शुभम् ॥
O best of Gurus, please tell us the supreme and auspicious glory of the Divya Desams situated in the holy land of Kerala.

puṇye keraladeśe'pi sthitānāṃ gurupuṅgava |
māhātmyaṃ divyadeśānāṃ vada tvaṃ paramaṃ śubham
