The glorious Vaivasvata Manu, for the sake of a son, worshipped Hari day after day with his wife Śraddhā and with great faith.

**11-12.** Thereafter, Śraddhā in succession gave birth to ten great warrior sons: Nṛga, Śaryāti, Diṣṭa, Dhṛṣṭa, Karūṣaka, Nariṣyanta, Pṛṣadhra, Nabhaga, and the mighty Kavi. Seeing them, King Vaivasvata Manu became very joyful.
