दिव्यदेशवैभवम् Divya Deśa Vaibhavam

A majestic devotional epic by Śrī Śrī Kṛṣṇapremi Mahāprabhu.

In this monumental work, Śrī Śrī Kṛṣṇapremi Mahāprabhu celebrates the glory of the Divya Deśas — the sacred abodes where Lord Viṣṇu manifests His presence in consecrated form for the grace and liberation of all beings. Moving from the great pilgrimage shores of the north to the temple cities of the south, the work reveals how the Lord, though enthroned in Vaikuṇṭha, lovingly descends into these holy images to protect and uplift those who take refuge in Him.

Composed in luminous Sanskrit verses, the text weaves together scriptural teaching, sacred geography, and devotional narrative into a single, living stream.

The Sadguru, seated on the banks of the Kāverī at Śrīraṅgam, answers the questions of earnest Vaiṣṇavas — and through their dialogue, an expansive vision of the sacred universe unfolds. The work spans from the celestial abodes of Vaikuṇṭha and the Kṣīrābdhi, through the revered Himalayan shrines and holy rivers, and across the traditional clusters of the 108 Divya Deśas — from Vada Nāḍu in the north to the Pāṇḍya Nāḍu in the deep south — culminating at the southernmost kṣetras of Bhārata.

Within this vast sacred landscape, Śrī Śrī Anna dwells with particular reverence on the great centers of Śrī Vaiṣṇava tradition. The glory of Tirumala is unfolded in remarkable detail across nearly fourteen chapters, tracing the divine descent of Lord Śrīnivāsa and culminating in the celebrated Padmāvatī Kalyāṇam. Likewise, the sanctity of Śrīraṅgam is expounded at length, with an entire volume devoted to its greatness, comprising more than thirty chapters. The grandeur of Kāñcī and other illustrious kṣetras is similarly illuminated, revealing not merely places of worship, but living centers of divine presence, tradition, and grace.
